On Saturday, November 27, 2021, the West Coast Big Band took part in the (International) Big Band Competition (IBBC) in Hoofddorp. Due to covid no international competitors. Nevertheless, the eight very best Dutch bigbands participated.

We are very proud that we have won again! And our own Kees Kamphuis (trumpet) won the prize for best solo player!
